QuickRental: All-Inclusive Apartment Rental Application
Convienient, efficient and quick yet thorough apartment searching. All you need in just one place!
This is an all-in-one mobile app solution for students of the University of the West Indies (UWI) who are seeking rental accommodation near to campus called QuickRental. This project endeavors to enhance the lives of students at the UWI by making it easier to decide on which housing would be best for them to rent.
This project was developed as a final year project at the University of the West Indies with team members Michael Ali, Kady Seecharan and Ishmael Mohammed!

How does it work?
The user interface would enable users to:
- Find apartments, townhouses and homes for rent using GPS location and mapping
- Check real-time availability, price ranges, type of apartment, be it double room or studio etc.
- Read reviews submitted by other renters to gain insights about properties.
- View a virtual tour of the complex and neighborhood information for each listing.
- Enable live chat with the landlord for more details.
- Post apartment listings and updates as a landlord.
